I am a 43 year old mother of 3. I live in Howick in KZN. Since October 2013 I have been suffering from chronic back pain. After a year of X-rays, MRI scans, epidurals, cocktails of meds, chiropractors, physio therapists, massage therapists, swimming, crying and lots of money, my husband and I finally decided that surgery would be the only route left open to me. So after coming to the difficult decision, I contacted our neurosurgeon of choice, only to find out that he was terribly ill and would not be back in the foreseeable future.

I am a firm believer that one of the most important components of any training program is rest and recovery. The iSmart massager is proving to be a valuable tool to assist me with this recovery, by improving circulation to those parts of the body that may or may not be injured, but are constantly “tired” from the heavy training load being placed on them. The long battery life, variety of modes and treatment intensity to select from is awesome and the fact that it is so portable means that I can take it wherever I go.

I’ll recommend the iSmart massager to anyone taking part in intense exercise to assist with recovery and to assist with recuperation from aches & pains.
